This is a self potrait of Chuck Close. This was an inspiration because the image is just made up of shapes and colors. For example, the nose is not a nose. It is several shapes and colors. When looking at the image up close, you can see it clearly but, when looking at the image from far away it clearly looks like an image.
This is a self portrait of Andy Warhol. I selected this image portrays him in motion. Like many of his self portraits, his head seems to levitate.
This is a self portrait of Vincent Van Gogh. I chose this painting because it's bold colors and strokes reminded me of the Chuck Close self portrait. Van Gogh looks like he is looking beyond and not directly at you.
This is me! I chose this image because it tells a story. You can get a pretty good idea where I am and the state of mind i'm in just by looking at the backround and my attire.
This is a self portrait of myself. I tried to use just lines for the facial features. I used the color brown and large facial features to show viewere that I am of african descent.Also, the facial features do not connect but you can still tell it is a face with minimal content.
